I just felt exhausted, lost and confused. But at the same time, I had that deep knowing that I deserve better.
But it was never the other person… It was my beliefs, my lack of self-worth and boundaries, my life choices. He was just a mirror.
So I began a transformative journey of discomfort: I started therapy, did coachings and went on a long solo trip. I became aware of my deepest beliefs and patterns and built myself back up from the ground, with self-knowledge, habits and routines that came from a place of true self-respect.
Now, that’s exactly what I help other women do:
To see what they truly deserve and act accordingly. I want every single woman to see her worth.
