No, you don’t have to! All live sessions are recorded, and most of the membership is self-paced — join the lives when it feels right. You are always welcome, just as you are.

There are monthly live calls and I’ll of course be present in the Community. If you want 1:1 time with me, you have the opportunity to book one-time sessions through the membership.
